I’m currently putting together a programme of small therapy groups, with up to eight people in each group, offering different opportunities for reflection, connection, feedback and exploration.
If you’ve worked with me before, you may already have a sense of my way of working. If you haven’t, you may simply have been curious about what therapy in a group might be like.
Group therapy offers something that one-to-one therapy can’t quite replicate. Alongside having space to reflect on your own experiences, you have the opportunity to notice what happens when you are with other people; how you connect, what you hold back, how you respond to being seen, and what you learn from the experiences and perspectives of others.
For some people, this can open up a different kind of therapeutic work.
You might be someone who:
- finds yourself repeating familiar patterns in relationships
- longs for deeper or more authentic connection
- finds it difficult to let people in or trust others
- tends to hold things in or struggles to find your voice
- is interested in understanding yourself through your relationships with other people
- has experienced one-to-one therapy and is curious about trying something different
- wants a space to explore yourself alongside other people, rather than always doing that work alone
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on. Part of the value of group therapy is discovering what emerges through being alongside other people.
I’m developing four different group options, each with a slightly different focus. Depending on the group, there may be opportunities to explore relationships, personal patterns, emotional experience, connection and belonging, or simply to have a space to slow down and reflect with others.
The groups will be small, with a maximum of eight participants, and may be offered in different locations and formats, including online.

If one of them catches your attention, even if you’re not quite sure whether group therapy is for you, I’d encourage you to complete the short expression-of-interest form.
The form asks about which group interests you, as well as your preferred location, day/time and online or in-person options. It’s not a commitment to join; it’s simply a way of letting me know you’re interested so I can contact you as groups begin to take shape.

Good to get this out there now.
