I’m interested in hearing from people who might be curious about trying therapy in a group setting — perhaps because you’d like to explore relationships and connection, understand some of your patterns with other people, or simply experience something different from one-to-one therapy.
There’s something about group therapy that can’t quite be replicated in individual work. We don’t just talk about how we relate to other people; we have the opportunity to notice and explore how we relate while we’re actually with other people.
I’m developing four different small groups, with up to 8 people, each with a slightly different focus.
• Mixed Process Group — a space for reflection, feedback and shared understanding
• New Mum Support Group — an 8-session group; babies welcome
• Existential Inquiry Group — space to explore some of life’s bigger questions
• Mothering Kind — a group for those who have experienced the absence or loss of mothering
If one of these catches your attention, I’d love you to complete the short expression-of-interest form: https://forms.gle/imYPhTxRc9mf3hcAA
The form asks which group interests you, as well as your preferred location, day/time and whether you’d consider online work.
There’s no commitment to join at this stage — I’m using the responses to understand where there is interest and begin shaping the groups.
I’m particularly interested in hearing from people in Folkestone, Hythe and Canterbury.
