My integrative approach is developed from Contemporary Psychotherapy, meaning I’m trained in the practical skills of connecting mind, body and behaviour to help with what matters most in your life right now.

I provide guidance through natural conversation, not lectures. I deeply respect your trust and maintain a caring, engaged space. If you’re willing to put in the time and effort during our work, change is absolutely within reach.

Nervous about getting started? That’s a common feeling. My goal is to create a relaxed environment to put you at ease. I understand how difficult it can be to make the right decision when it comes to picking a therapist. I offer free 15 minute consultations (on the phone or in person) to help you determine if I am the right fit for you.

In the first few sessions, I will learn more about you and together, we will explore the goals you have for therapy. Do you want to build healthier relationships? Learn how to better manage emotions and stress? Or even identifying patterns that keep us feeling “stuck” in our lives.

The length and number of sessions will differ depending on your goals and needs for therapy. Most importantly, it’s led by you. We can discuss this in further detail to ensure you are receiving the support that you are looking for.
